We conduct a free initial assessment to understand your needs. From there, we create a personalised care plan which is regularly reviewed and updated. Families are welcome to be involved in the planning process.
Can I request changes to the care plan later?
Yes. Care plans are living documents. If your needs change, simply contact us and we’ll arrange a review and update accordingly.
Will the same carer visit every day?
We aim for continuity where possible. You’ll be introduced to a small team of regular carers to ensure familiarity and consistent care.
How much does homecare cost?
Costs vary depending on your level of need, visit frequency, and the type of care provided. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden charges. A detailed quote is given after your assessment.
Can I get help paying for care?
Yes. Some people may qualify for local authority funding or direct payments. We can guide you through the process and help liaise with your social worker if needed.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
We offer flexible care agreements with no long-term commitment required. Our services can be paused or adjusted with notice.
What if there is a medical emergency?
Our carers are trained to respond appropriately, including calling emergency services, informing the next of kin, and reporting to the office. All actions are documented as part of our safeguarding process.
Do you support medication administration?
Yes. All our carers are trained to support medication safely, whether that’s prompting, assisting, or administering directly from a MAR (Medication Administration Record) chart. We work closely with GPs and pharmacies as needed.
